Exciting news for Gilda's Club Westchester!
The headquarter offices of Gilda's Club and The Wellness Community have recently joined together to become the Cancer Support Community (CSC). The Cancer Support Community is now the largest network of professionally-led cancer support worldwide.
As an affiliate of the Cancer Support Community, we will continue to provide social and emotional support for those impacted by cancer, without any disruption to our existing Program. In essence, we will be the same Clubhouse that you know and love, but with access to the innovative resources and programming that the Cancer Support Community is dedicated to developing.
Our common history and commitment to the cancer community is what brought us together. What we have now is a stronger, more global network that will bring the highest quality of cancer support to millions of people impacted by cancer. Together we provide free social and emotional support to men, women, teens and children - all those impacted by any type of cancer - whether they have a cancer diagnosis, or are a friend or family member. We remain committed to ensure that no once faces cancer alone.
We are proud to be a part of this new organization that will continue to help people live better by empowering them to identify and address their individual needs and to connect them to supportive communities, like Gilda's Club Westchester.
