2011 Annual Comedy Gala
The 2011 Annual Comedy Gala, which was held on Thursday, April 14th at The New York Botanical Garden, was a huge success. This year we honored Elizabeth and Mayo Stuntz with the Red Door Award for their many years of support and dedication to Gilda's Club Westchester. The Community Outreach volunteers received the Barbara Bennett-Rones Volunteer of the Year Award. The evening also featured a video about the GCW Program, a moving speech from Kyle MacDonald, who is a GCW member and a Youth Committee member and a stand-up routine from comedian, writer and Broadway star Colin Quinn. It was a beautiful event that brought people together for a good time while supporting a good cause.
