"It's Always Something" Teen Essay Contest
Our third annual teen essay contest provides a wonderful outlet for teenagers to share their experiences with cancer. We had 16 essay submissions that were reviewed by our staff and judged by a celebrity panel which included Michael Bram (drummer for Jason Mraz) and Brian Conybeare (News Channel 12 anchor/reporter). The top three winners were chosen and celebrated at a reception for all the participants on May 2nd.
